We try to keep this e-shop window as complete and up-to-date as possible but lines have been drawn. If you like what you see but do not find quite what you are looking for here, please get in touch with us and let us know your requirements. We may be able to meet them. Much of our work consists of modifying our displayed lines to conform to our clients’ design or price specifications. We also produce new designs for clients.

The more information you can provide us with, the faster we will be able to provide you with a quote. A picture or sketch and information about size, materials, accessories and any other important specifications or details will enable us to give you a prompt response as to whether we can or cannot meet your requirements and if we can what it will cost.

SHIPPING
Bali’s freight forwarders vary in quality of service though not so much in terms of charges. However, do beware of the very cheap. They can turn out to be, in the long run, very expensive.
Our clients decide on the type of shipping they wish to use – we can provide details of the major courier services and air or sea freight forwarders operating out of Bali. We can also share with the client any first or second-hand information we have about these companies.
Finally, once an order has been placed in the hands of the shipper or courier, if there are any hitches at this end, we deal with them or let you know what needs to be done. In such an event, mercifully a rare one, it can be useful to have someone close to the action (or, inaction) to help deal with the situation.
